BEYANLAB WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Last updated: 7 August 2026

The website www.beyanlab.com (the “Website”) is operated by Beyanlab Laboratuvar Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) to provide information about laboratory products, represented brands and related services.

These Terms of Use explain the rules governing the use of the Website, communication channels and dealer portal.

1. Purpose and Scope of the Website

The Website serves to present laboratory equipment, chemicals, glassware and consumables, share technical information, provide access to catalogues, and receive enquiries, quotation requests, technical support requests and dealership enquiries.

The Website also includes a dealer portal for authorised dealer users and links to the online store at www.blabmarket.com.

These Terms of Use do not replace any sales, service, dealership or distribution agreements that may be concluded separately.

2. Product Information and Technical Content

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, material information and technical documents are provided to inform visitors about the relevant products.

Care is taken to keep the content accurate and up to date. Information may change due to product models, production updates or supply conditions.

Whether accessories shown in product images are included in the delivery must be checked against the relevant product description and quotation. Current prices, stock availability, delivery times and technical specifications must be verified before purchase.

These statements do not remove the Company’s binding product commitments or its statutory responsibilities.

3. Quotation Requests and Enquiries

Submitting a contact or quotation form does not, by itself, constitute placing an order or entering into a contract.

The terms of a commercial relationship are determined by the parties’ mutual declarations of intent, the content of the quotation and any separately executed agreement.

Information submitted is expected to be accurate, up to date and sufficient to assess the request. Users submitting requests on behalf of an organisation or another person must have the necessary authority to represent them or communicate on their behalf.

4. Use of the Dealer Portal

The dealer portal enables users authorised by the Company to access the functions made available to them, such as price lists, stock information and order tracking.

Users must:

  • Keep their account access credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons.

  • Use the portal only within the scope of the permissions granted to them.

  • Notify the Company of changes to the organisation they represent and their contact information.

  • Notify the Company without delay of any suspected unauthorised access or account security issue.

  • Refrain from disclosing non-public commercial information specifically provided to them to third parties unless authorised to do so.

The commercial effects of transactions carried out through the portal are determined by the relevant transaction steps and the agreements between the parties.

Access may be restricted to the extent necessary and proportionate where account security or system operation is threatened. Such restrictions do not automatically extinguish rights and obligations arising from existing agreements.

5. Links to the Online Store

Users can access www.blabmarket.com through the “Market” link and relevant product links on the Website.

Purchases made through that store are subject to the terms of sale, pre-contractual information notices and agreements provided for the relevant transaction. General promotional content on the Beyanlab Website does not replace these documents.

Redirecting users to another website does not remove the Company’s statutory responsibilities arising from transactions to which it is a party.

6. Use of Laboratory Products

Laboratory products must be used for their intended purposes, taking into account the technical documents, manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety rules.

Chemical compatibility, temperature and pressure resistance, sterilisation conditions and suitability for a particular application must be assessed according to the characteristics of the relevant product. For chemicals, the label information and relevant safety data sheet must be taken into account.

General technical content on the Website does not replace an application-specific risk assessment or the necessary professional training. The Company’s obligations concerning product safety and compliance with legislation remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Trademarks and logos, original texts, photographs, graphics, designs and other protected content on the Website belong to the Company or the respective rights holders.

Subject to uses permitted by law and expressly granted download permissions, content may not be reproduced, published or distributed for commercial purposes without the rights holder’s permission.

Downloadable catalogues and technical documents may be used to examine and evaluate products. Source and ownership information in these documents must not be removed, and the content must not be altered in a misleading manner.

The presentation of a brand or product on the Website does not grant users the right to create the impression that they are authorised representatives of that brand.

8. Users’ Obligations

The Website must be used in compliance with applicable legislation and the rights of third parties.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.

  • Sending malicious software or compromising website security.

  • Preventing the service from operating by sending excessive requests.

  • Submitting spam, unlawful content or misleading requests through forms.

  • Unlawfully using another person’s identity or contact information.

  • Creating a misleading impression concerning a brand, representation or commercial relationship.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to catalogues, brand websites or other services.

The content and terms of use of linked services are determined by their respective providers. You are advised to review the relevant terms of use and privacy notices before using these services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the presence of a link does not constitute a guarantee concerning the relevant service. The Company’s statutory responsibilities arising from its own activities remain unaffected.

10. Availability and Liability

Access to the Website and dealer portal may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, security measures or issues arising from communications infrastructure.

Content errors may be corrected and website functions updated. These changes do not automatically alter rights and obligations under existing agreements.

These Terms of Use may not be interpreted as excluding the Company’s liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, its product safety obligations or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory legislation. Users’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data processing activities carried out in connection with the Website and dealer portal are explained in the Beyanlab Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.

Information about cookie use is provided in the Beyanlab Cookie Policy.

Using the Website, logging into the dealer portal or reading this document does not constitute explicit consent to the processing of personal data or consent to receive commercial electronic communications.

12. Updates and Applicable Law

These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or the operation of the Website. The current version is published on the Website together with its last updated date.

Updates do not apply retroactively to previously concluded agreements or acquired rights. Where a change requires separate acceptance, the applicable legal procedure is followed.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of TĂĽrkiye, subject to mandatory legal provisions. The bodies and courts with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction over disputes are determined under the applicable legislation. In consumer transactions, the rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, together with any applicable procedural prerequisites for bringing a claim, remain unaffected.
